As you belong to OC category and you’ve scored only 66 marks you have no chance to get Admission in top 10 colleges. For these marks your rank will be around 17,000 to 25,000. The main thing is being an OC with that rank you can’t get seat in top 10 colleges. But ofcourse you can get seat in top 11-15 colleges of Hyderabad. The list inculdes:

1. Mallareddy Engineering college - 78,000/- per year

2. CMR College Of Engineering and Technology- 75,000/- per year

3. Guru Nanak institutions technical campus - 78,000/- per year

4. Guru Nanak Institute of technology - 75,000/- per year

5. Institute of aeronautical engineering- 67,000/- per year. 

In the above mentioned colleges CMRCET is quite better in terms of placements,facilities, faculty. I recommend you to give first priority to CMRCET. TS eamcet results will be released in 1st week of june mostly.
