proforma a1 and proforma a2 are those documents that confirm that you and your guardian both have been living in west bengal since at least last 10 years  if counted till 31.12.2017 whereas proforma b is that document which confirms that your guardian have been living in west bengal since at least last 10 years if counted till 31.12.2017 & you have not been living in west bengal since last 10 years if counted till 31.12.2017.

Proforma a1 and a2 refers to Residential/ Domicile Certificate for candidates residing in the State of West Bengal continuously for at least last 10 years as on 31.12.2017.

Proforma b refers to Residential/ Domicile Certificate for candidates not residing in the State of West Bengal but whose parents are permanent residents of West Bengal having their permanent home address within the state.
