There is no management quota in Thapar University for engineering or different programmes.

The admission to the B.E./B.Tech. programs at Thapar University will be done on the basis of score obtained in JEE 

THE Fee for CS is aorund 3 lakhs per annum which takes to around 12 lakhs for the entire course duration.

According to the sources, premier institutes like Thapar University, Patiala doesn't allow any kind of management quota entry. The policies are very strict.  Instead, there are other reservations such as SC/ST,North Eastern ,J &K migrant,NRI and 50 % Punjab Resident reservation. You can try to get admission through these categories if you qualify for them. Good Luck!
