Infrastructure is good within the college campus.There is a lot of greenery around the campus, which makes it feel less crowded. Cleanliness is generally good, although hostel and common-area maintenance can vary from place to place.

The CSE curriculum covers the important programming and computer science subjects, but the experience can depend on the professor. Some faculty members are very good, while in a few subjects you may need to rely more on self-study. The workload is manageable if you keep up with assignments, labs and exams

Placements are reasonably good for CSE, although getting the better offers requires strong coding skills and consistent preparation. Recent figures reported for Thapar put the Computer Engineering average roughly around ₹11–14 LPA, depending on the year and programme, while overall placement rates are around the 80% range.

This is probably the main area where students need to think carefully. The current CSE-group academic fee is roughly ₹6.5 lakh per year, or around ₹26 lakh for four years, before considering hostel, mess and other expenses.

Campus life is fairly active, with students involved in technical societies, cultural events, sports and different competitions. The greenery and open spaces are a nice part of everyday life, especially when you want a break between classes and bunking the classes and lab.

I have only recently started my Electrical Engineering course, but the beginning has been encouraging. The introductory subjects are explained in a structured way, and professors seem approachable during lectures. I am particularly looking forward to the practical side of the branch as we move into more specialized subjects.

The transition into college has been quite exciting. There is a nice mix of students, and the first few weeks have given me plenty of opportunities to make friends and discover new interests. Student groups and activities make the place feel active, while the campus also has quieter corners when you just want some downtime. Overall, my start has been very positive.

I started my ENC journey, and the subjects have been quite interesting till now. The branch covers a combination of electronics and computing, so there is variety in what we study. The professors are knowledgeable and explain things well during lectures. Practical sessions also make the learning experience more engaging.

Since I am a new admission, I have not experienced placements personally. Still, ENC seems to provide a good range of career paths because students can later choose between computing and electronics-related fields. I have also heard positive things from seniors about the opportunities available to students who prepare seriously.

The overall fee is quite high, but the university offers much more than just classroom teaching. There are technical societies, competitions, sports facilities, events and other opportunities to explore different interests. I am still in the early stage of my degree

I have really enjoyed the atmosphere since arriving here. The campus feels active, and there are always students involved in some activity or another. Freshers get many chances to meet new people through societies, events and college activities. I am still discovering different parts of campus . finally I love the campus.

The campus gives a very good first impression. Everything is spread out nicely and there are plenty of facilities available for students. The labs and classrooms are comfortable, and the library is a useful place when you want to study away from the hostel. Overall, the infrastructure feels modern and well organized.

Being new to college, the academic routine took some time to get used to, but I am enjoying the ENC subjects. We get to study both electronics and computer-related topics, which makes the branch quite interesting. The teachers are easy to approach and the practical sessions make the classes less boring.

I can't really judge placements yet because I have only started my first year. However, after talking to seniors, I feel ENC gives students more than one career direction. You can move towards software as well as electronics-based jobs depending on your interests.

After joining the B.E. program, I noticed a clear difference in the overall facilities. The labs are better equipped, classrooms are comfortable and the library is quite useful. The campus is also well maintained, with good sports and other facilities. There are enough spaces around the campus to study or relax.

CSE has been a good learning experience for me so far. The subjects are more detailed than what I studied during my diploma, and there is more focus on understanding concepts. You still need to practise coding regularly on your own, but the course gives a good direction.

I feel much more confident about career opportunities here compared with my diploma experience. A wide range of companies look for students from CSE, and there are opportunities in software, development, analytics and other technical roles. Of course, getting a good offer depends on your skills and preparation, but the exposure and competition push you to improve.

The transition from diploma to B.E. also changed my college experience quite a lot. There are students from different years and branches, so there is always an opportunity to meet new people and learn from seniors. Fests, clubs and student-run activities keep things active, while normal days on campus are quite relaxed.

Infrastructure is one of the lovable things about Thapar college. The CSE buildings and labs are good, classrooms are comfortable, and the library has a lot of study material. Hostels and other facilities are also decent. Hygiene is also maintained within the campus too. Green walking space are also provided for student who wants to walk while going to classes.

Academics are okay, but I expected better considering the fees and reputation of the university. Some professors are really good, while with some subjects you mostly have to figure things out yourself. The syllabus can also feel more focused on completing exams and assignments. I do not like the curriculum they follow to teach us.

Placements are not bad, but the competition is much higher than I expected. Good companies do visit, but getting selected is a different story because there are a lot of students competing for the same roles. The better packages are mostly taken by students with strong coding skills, projects and good CGPA.

This is where I have the biggest issue. The total cost of studying here is quite high, and I don't feel the academic experience alone justifies the amount paid. You can definitely get good opportunities if you have good cgpa.

Campus life is actually one of my favourite parts of Thapar. There is always something going on, whether it is a club activity, event, sports or a fest. The campus has plenty of places to sit and spend time with friends, and the crowd is generally active. You can see people moving outside at evening in search of fun.

The infrastructure is really good for Biomedical Engineering. The labs have the equipment needed for practical work and the academic blocks are comfortable. The library is also a good place to study. All necessary facilities are available within the campus only such as barber shop , stationary etc

I have had a good experience with the academics. The branch is a mix of biology, engineering and technology, so there are different types of subjects to deal with. Faculty members are knowledgeable and generally helpful when you approach them.

Placements are decent, but Biomedical is a smaller and more specialised branch, so the opportunities are not exactly the same as CSE or other popular branches. Students can also look towards healthcare, medical devices, research and technology-related roles. Average package for bio medical is less.

The fees are definitely on the expensive side, which is the main reason I wouldn't give full marks here. At the same time, the facilities, faculty, campus environment and exposure are quite good. If someone is genuinely interested in Biomedical Engineering and makes use of the opportunities available.

I really enjoyed the day to day college experience. There is a good mix of academics and fun, and students usually find their own group and activities to get involved in. The campus feels lively during fests and club events, while normal days are pretty relaxed

The infrastructure at Thapar is one of the things I appreciate. The classrooms are comfortable and the computer labs are suitable for programming and practical work. The library has good resources for students, and Wifi connectivity is helpful for academic work. The campus is also clean and has enough open areas to spend time between classes.

The Mca course gives a good mix of theoretical subjects and practical learning. Faculty members are approachable and usually help when we have doubts. Programming and other technical subjects require regular practice, but the teaching makes it easier to follow the concepts. curriculum is also up to date and also job oriented.

The university has a proper placement system and students get opportunities to apply for different companies. As an Mca student, I feel there are good options, but getting a good package depends a lot on coding skills, communication and interview preparation. Average package for mca is about 7-8 lpa.

The overall cost is comparatively high, but the university provides good facilities and an active academic environment in return. The labs, library, campus facilities, clubs and placement support are useful. I feel students who seriously use the available resources and work on their technical skills can get good value

I like the overall student atmosphere at Thapar. There is a good balance between classes and other activities, so college does not feel limited to academics. I have made friends from different courses and enjoy spending time around campus after lectures.

College life is not only about attending classes here. There are many clubs, events and student activities where you can meet people from different branches. I also like the overall greenery and open spaces on campus. The environment feels comfortable, and there is usually something happening around the college.

Thapar have a best infrastructure in list of engineering colleges. Whole college is have good connectivity via auto and e-rickshaw which charge fixed of rupees 10 for every location within the campus. the college have good greenery too. Washroom are also well maintained in all blocks except block B.

CSE is not very easy and you have to study regularly, especially for subjects like data structure algo, DBMS and operating systems. My experience with teachers has been different for different subjects. Some explain things really well and are easy to approach, while some are just average.

there is a lot of competition because of the number of students. Many companies come for recruitment, but getting a good package depends mainly on your own preparation. Coding, projects, internships and communication skills make a big difference. The college provides opportunities but they are less. placement process is smooth and easy from my point of view.

Thapar college is quite expensive compared to many other colleges. The campus, facilities and placement opportunities are good, but the cost can feel high. my cost for every semester including the hostels and mess goes around 3 lpa means in a year i have to pay approx 6 lpa.

The campus is green and there are plenty of places to hang out with friends. I have also met people from different parts of the country, which makes the experience better.There is a main park known as nirvana where student enjoy in evening.
