Kcet results for 2019 will be released on 25th may,2019(Saturday) and you have to score atleast 50%to be eligible.According to your score you will be provided your college. Coming to your question in any exam if there are any wrong questions asked if given data is incomplete in given question or wrong options are there,then only grace marks is awarded otherwise you will get marks for only correct answers chosen.
