The Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSOM) at IIT Kharagpur was established in 1993. It was the first management school in the IIT system and aims to provide world-class management education and research. The school is named after Vinod Gupta, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, who made significant contributions to the institution.
