Ts Eamcet Bipc counselling is started from today (i.e 31/7/2019 ) .... you can book your slot for Certificate Verification, from this website : https://tseamcetb.nic.in/default.aspx

Hello Rajender !!

After the result was declared on 9th June , the couselling started on June 24 with payment, document verification and choice filling , after which the online reporting date was 16th July ,2019.
The final round of counselling started on 24th July .
The last date to report the allotted college is 30-31st July.
