PEC doesn't conduct its separate counseling it takes admission on basis of jee mains rank through josaa counselling. 

The josaa counselling will start after declaration of result of jew advanced in JUNE.  most probably josaa counselling will start from 20 th june or something like that.  Josaa counselling is the way to get admission in IIT/NIT/IIIT/GFTI PEC being in one of them. 

You have to fill PEC chemical as your choice then you will be allotted a seat if you lie in the closing rank.
