Hello Ankush
The CET Of BCA organised by IP University is scheduled on 25th May 2019.
As it is known, the IP University releases admit card of the CET 2-3 days before the CET.
So, there are high chances that the admit card would be released after 21st may.
You are suggested to keep checking the official website of IP University for further information.
