The application form for B.Arch were released a long ago in 3rd week of March 2019. And they were closed during the last week of April.
If you haven't filled the B.Arch application till now then I am sorry to say, it is too late now and nothing could be done about that.
Try in some other good colleges to increase your chances of admission.
