As of now there is no official information provided by concerning authorities of Panjab University regarding release date of application form of BA LLB/BCom-LLB Hons or three years LLB, in order to appear for these respective exams candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid out below-

BA-LLB/BCom-LLB Hons: Passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 50% aggregate, in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories there is relaxation of 5%

LLB: Passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 45% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/BC/OBC, candidates in the final year too are eligible to apply
