The registration for spot counseling will be announced after the ending of all the other counseling rounds. Also, it's not sure that spot round will be held, it will only be held if there are vacant seats remaining after the normal rounds of counseling. Most probably it will be held and the notification will be given on the official website of WBJEE.

Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that till now there has been no official notice regarding to when the spot round counseling begins exactly. The tentative date for the same is mid of August but it's not certain. After all the 3 phases of counseling the spot counselling shall begin. Therefore the students who have not got seat in any of the rounds might get it in the spot round. You must stay tuned on the official website of wbjee for the exact date of spot round counseling.
