UPSEE application form is expected in the third week of January, 2018. As per the eligibility criteria you should have minimum 50% in class 12th as a general category & 45% as a reserved category. To check the complete information you can go through with the given below link.

Any test centres for UPSEE in Delhi?

UPSEE exam will be conducted across various test centers in 41 cities of Uttar Pradesh and in 8 cities outside UP in which Delhi is also included.
