indraprastha university in Delhi will start their MBBS admissions as soon as the results of the NEET UG examination 2019 will be declared by on 5th June 2019 following the exam around 5th may 2019
You  could keep a watch on their website to know for the details but as per the regular norms after the publication of the results are on 5th June they will usually be a verification round of the documents have qualified for the examination and subsequent lead every subsequent rounds of counselling during which students will be allotted to different colleges why are the all India and state quota separately in order to be admitted to the different colleges and those include even those under the indraprastha university and if any special admission form is to be carried the format will be given in the form of a PDF usually on the website which you need to check out on a regular basis
