It is an individual opinion to rate college as because all the above mentioned colleges give good education and are reputed. But if you ask my opinion, I would suggest you to go for AIIMS as the ultimate MBBS degree will be issued by AIIMS and AIIMS will be preferred everytime over any Institute.
