Hello dear
Yes ofcourse there are many good college other than IIT ; IIITs and nits .
Some of them are

Bits Pilani ; Goa ; Hyderabad ( through BITSAT )
DTU ( through jee mains ranking )
NSUT
Pec Chandigarh
VITEEE ( has its own entrance )
YMCA ; dcrust ( through Haryana state counseling on basis of jee mains rank )
SRM Chennai

Etc.
Cut off is dependent upon various factors ( popularity ; location ; placement ; every year changes according to exam difficulty level etc.)
So good luck.

You can go for gftis. Other private colleges are not of standard level and those which are good the fees is very high. It is not good enough for a medium economically background. If you want you can give other government exams like wbjee, comedk and take admission in other government engineering colleges
