As per your query , I would like to inform you that application development is the subfield of computer science or a kind of specialization. Universities dont offer bacehlors in such small domain , however their are some insitutes which offfers cerrtification course in application development

I would advise you to either go bca+mca or btech in computer science and if you do have interest in application development,then do side by side certification course
