The cut-off rank is different for different categories, branches and home states. Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. Analysing the previous year data, the cutoff rank for various branches of NIT Manipur are as follows:

Computer Science Engineering-
Home state: 424450
Other states: 26160

Civil Engineering-
Home state: 70259
Other states: 11340

Electrical Engineering-

Mechanical Engineering-

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
