There is no M.Tech at BITS Pilani. The degree given is M.E. and it is given in

• Microelectronics(Pilani,Goa,Hyderabad)
• Embedded Systems(Pilani, Goa)
• Communication Engineering(Pilani, Hyderabad)

All three are great courses with nice placement. It all depends on your interest. 

Seeing tremendous growth in recent times, my favourite is embedded system.

Yes. Electrical Student can do M.Tech in Embedded System.
