Hello Ankit, With 10 thousand rank in West Bengal Joint entrance exam (WBJEE) you can't get CSE in a good colleges with at least around 60 % placement, Even With 10 thousand rank in WBJEE you can't get CSE in Government College.For getting a CSE through WBJEE in good college your rank should be below 1 thousand.
