When you have to compare two colleges and have to arrive at a conclusion then you have to choose some of the parameters. This parameters can be a distinct number of events but to conclude this answer I am choosing some of the most important parameters like:
Comparing this parameters I would say, Amritha Vishwa Vidyapeetham will be better a university to study BTech CSE than SSN. The infrastructure available in AMRITHA is better than that of SSN. It has a land area of 400 Acres with very well equipped labs and libraries. Now SSN is a college affiliated by Anna University, Chennai but Amritha is deemed to be university as a result Amritha have more independence to design its curriculum and Amritha had done it amazingly. The curriculum is very industry relevant and if you pursue the course then you will have better chance to get a jobs. Other than that the teachers in Amritha and SSN are both good but the number of teachers per department is greater in Amritha as a result you can learn from a diverse set of teachers who are very well experienced in there own fields.
So among SSN and Amrita the ideal choice is AMRITHA.
Now if you consider the same parameters with Sastra then you will find a similar pattern but in Sastra the teachers are more qualified in the core fields but for CSE/IT fields I would recommend you to go for Amritha.
