Kongu engineering college is a private college with rating AAAA and Alagappa chettiar college of enigneering is a government college with rating AAA+.

Fee str of Kongu college is higher than ACCET.

And all the thing is same so i will recommend for government college. Be remember if you have two choice then go with government college if there is not any measureable coompare.
