Hi Subham!! If I were you, i would have 2 options to choose with- UEM(private) and Kalyani govt engg college(government).As far as demand is concerned, people prefer KGEC over UEM as the cost of learning is very less. As far as package scenario in CSE is considered, i would still mark KGEC slightly ahead of UEM. But this does not change the fact that UEM, being in main city of Kolkata, offers a lot more exposure than KGEC.
