According to Careers360,Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara & Nirma University, Ahmedabad both have got AAAA which says these are the very good options to pursue engineering courses overall Cut-offs of national / state level Entrance exams, Accreditation and Reward status, Publication record from Elsevier’s indexing database - Scopus so you are advised to consider your interesting branch and convenience before you decide anything as both of the options are more or less are the same but yes, NIRMA university is a private college and MSU is a Govt one so its up to you which one to go.
