I think iiit Allahabad is best.

Though IIIT-A leads in placements, infrastructure and education quality; DTU has a better campus life and a better location as well. We can’t deny that fact. 

• If you are interested in programming or want to excel in the field of Information Technology, Join IIIT-A
• If you are looking for placements, go for either one. On a balanced side, I’d recommend you IIIT-A due to lesser competition.
• If you are looking for indulging campus life and a better location, go for DTU.
