If you are focused towards your Branch, then a slight difference between the colleges won't matter at all.
Chandigarh Engineering College and CGC College of Engineering, both are really good colleges and both of them are AICTC approved.
You can choose any of them depending upon your convenience and fee structure.
Both of them has received good reviews on many educational websites and if you would go for one, you won't yearn for another.
