Electronic and telecommunications branch is one of the ever growing branch, this doesn't have any stops as long as we're using electrical and telecommunications things it goes on increasing its worth.
As per VIIT, this college offers best faculty, moderate infrastructure, nice labs and better placement packages as this is an autonomous university. 
For SINGHGAD, this has placement packages, infrastructure, best faculty will be dependent upon which subject you choose to, but it has no industry exposure.
So I suggest that you can choose for viit pune for this electronics and telecommunications branch.
