which College should I got in Delhi University in BA program with 83% in co-ed College?

83% is an average score for getting admission in Delhi University. You didn't mention your category and also the combination of subjects for the BA prog.

The cut offs depends upon the categories and the combination of subjects. If you are from unreserved category then it will be a little difficult for you to get colleges in the starting cut offs. You will have to look for colleges generally in the closing cut offs.

If you're not from unreserved category, there are changes that you'll get colleges in 3rd or 4th cut offs. But here also, the combination of popular subjects like history, political science or psychology won't be possible in the starting cut offs.
