8701 is not an adequate rank for a non-delhite to get admission in a good IPU college. 

however here are are few colleges that you "may" get admission in however it is difficult:

• Mahavir Swami Institute of Technology, Sonepat, Haryana
• HMR Institute of Technology & Management (2nd Shift Timings: 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM), Hameed Pur, Delhi – 110036

dont forget to attend the on-spot councelling. you may get a decent college then.

aman try for other BBA colleges, do apply at Delhi technological university for BBA.

there are private colleges like amity university, noida wherein you can get admission easily.
