Which college/stream should I choose: ECE of MS Ramaiah through comedk (rank 2563) or CSE of VIT vellore or CSE(A.I) of SRM, Chennai

Hi. First of all I would like to say that you should go for a branch in which you are interested. See if you are getting CSE in any of the categories in VIT I think you should go for it. I would like to tell you that VIT is ranked as number 1 private institution by government of India and also it has received QS world university ranking in CS, EEE and chemistry. Talking about ECE if you are really interested in the circuits, semiconductors and all I think you can go for ECE. I hope this is helpful.
