Which colleges in COMEDK should I aim for in CSE or ISE branches which are better than VIT VELLORE in terms of fees, ROI and placements?

There are a lot of amazing colleges under ComedK. Top 5 colleges under ComedK are:
1) RV College of Engineering
2) PES Institute of Technology
3) BMS college of Engineering
4)M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology
5) Bangalore Institute of Technology
Other than the above mentioned there are various other amazing colleges for CS/IT branches. The fees varies from college to college between 2-8lakhs. But the placement opportunities provided in these top colleges are great considering the ROI through placements in companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro,Amazon,etc .
Now coming to VIT Vellore, it is a brand in itself. The tuition fee here is 2 lakh(approx) per annum. And the placement here is great too as Microsoft, DE Shaw and PayPal are among their top recruiters.
