All the above courses are good and all have nice scope and opportunities. You can select one as per your interest. If you are interested in mathematics then go with bsc mathematics. And if you want to learn about chemical reaction and chemical composition then you can either from bsc chemistry or btech in chemical engineering as both work on similar problem but approach is different. Students from chemical engineering will learn to apply chemistry principles along with concepts from physics.
