Now coming to your question which is about the degrees BSC Or Bvoc. This both are undergraduate  courses of three years. You can't say one is better than the other these both have same value.

This two degrees are different if want to go in teaching line you can go for ba Or bsc. Bsc is more academic in nature. It is more theoretical than practical. It relies on more theory content rather than practical once.

Whereas, Bvoc is more practical in nature. And have less theoretical portion. Students are more exposed to industries and practical work herehere.  You can even do job after your graduation.

Simple difference between the two is one is theoretical and the other one is practical. Now it will depend on you which to take.
