If you have only these 2 options go for Centurion. Otherwise BIBS is also a very good option for consideration. The student feedback is also good enough and they have better industry interactions and placement activity.

Eiilm has max package of 2-3 lakh and student reviews are horrible moreover the teaching pedagogy and industry interaction is also not of par value.

Out of all the colleges you have mentioned. Centurion should be preferd as it is the most higly rated college for managment studies.
