Both the colleges are equally good. We should compare them on the basis of certain factors. On the basis of fees, DTU has a higher fees. For admission, the cut off rank of JEE mains for DTU is lower(i.e. it is easier to get there). The highest package has been more for DTU, while the average packages of both the colleges being almost the same. While NIT is an institution of national importance, DTU is a state university. Campus wise, both have all the basic amenities provided.

You may now choose on the basis of location preference or any other criteria if you have, because the course structure wise, both run parallel.

Well, its very difficult to choose between both of them!!! I will mention the pros and cons of both of them.....Then it would be easier for you to choose....
DTU PROS:

• Better brand name than NIT, so as per your preferences, youll have a better chance of finding good first jobs.

DTU CONS:

• Computer Engineering (at DTU) is not that good branch to study with a large workload, no free time and low scoring marks.

NIT K PROS:

• Computer Engineering is awesome. Its interesting and youll have fun studying it. Youll have loads of free time to study other subjects and practice soft skills which I highly recommend.

NIT K CONS:

• Not quite as branded as DTU.

But i personally prefer you to go for NIT Kurukshetra.. Work well, you will be get placed in a good and reputed company!!
