KIET Ghaziabad is known for its core branches and Mechanical Engineers here receive good placement opportunities and decent salary packages. SRMS Bareily also has good faculty for mechanical engineering but it has better professors for braches like Civil and ECE. You can choose any of the colleges, but according to reputation, you should go for KIET. Also, consider the location of both the colleges and decide what suits you because it would not make a huge difference as you can get good placement from any college if you have strength in your subject.
