But if you will get some of the top NIT s like
TRICHY
WARANGAL
CALICUT
JAIPUR
KURUKSHETRA
ALLAHABAD
etc.
Than definitely you should choose NIT
But some NIT s have are below Anna University ( placement; surrounding; facilities).
So preferred accordingly.
It also depends upon branch; placement; surrounding; academic; students ; place etc.
So choose wisely and with proper discussion because it will decide your future and all career also.
Also keep in mind that you will get tag of NIT .

In my opinion, both are pretty good colleges in their own way. But comparing in detail -

Placements - NIT is best for placements since NITs are more established all over the country. If you are looking for better chances to get placed in a core company then I suggest you choose NIT.

Anna university may be popular in TN, but that can’t be said about the states outside TN, except for maybe the neighboring ones, and certainly not in the rest of India.
