YMCA offered average salary package of 2.75 lakh per year, and maximum went to 6 LPA. 

For Santa longowal institute,  average salary package for BE/BTech was 3lpa and for ME/Mtech was 3.5LPA. 

So both of their placements don't vary on a large scale and it all depends on your skills.
