sant lowngawale collage review
Quality education at a lower cost.
Placements: In college, placements are adequate. TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and a few local organisations are among the college's recruiters. This year's highest package was 23 L p. a., while the average package was around 4 L p. a. Around 80-90 percent of students were placed in classes where they were not eligible. The branch of computer science has the most placements, followed by ECE, EE, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Food. The lack of internship opportunities is concerning, and the college's placement division is attempting to address it.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and knowledgeable in their subjects. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is current and is updated on a regular basis to meet the needs of the industry. Final-year students can also participate in a 15-day industrial training programme to prepare them for the workforce. Semester exams are held on schedule and are adequate in testing students' knowledge and abilities. Approximately 90% of students receive passing grades on their semester exams.
Other: I picked Computer Science and Engineering because I enjoy working with software and want to learn about new technologies. My only suggestion is that the course include additional laboratories; otherwise, everything is fine. Every year, the college hosts several events such as techFest, Madhuram, and others. Campus life is really pleasant, and I appreciated the campus' infrastructure and flora. Every year, scholarships are awarded to deserving students.

Hope you got your answer
Infrastructure: The course has been updated to meet the needs of the industry. The infrastructure is excellent. Students have appropriate space in the classrooms, and proper sanitation is provided. Classrooms also have modern amenities such as Wi-Fi and smart monitors. The laboratories are in fine working order. In addition, the college includes a central library with sufficient books to meet the demands of students. The hostel facilities is really decent and reasonably priced. For some days, mess food is great, and for others, it's just okay. The college includes both indoor and outdoor stadiums for sports. Every hostel also has badminton courts for mental refreshment. SLIET health clinic is also available for minor medical requirements.
Im from Telangana state is it worth full to me to join in sant longowal college
Yes, the college is proved to be worth in every aspects.
The placement of the college is good and approx 80-85 % of students get placed through campus placement by the Placement Cell of the college. Students become eligible for internships after the 4th semester and become eligible for placements after the 7th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Mahindra, etc visit colleges for placements. The highest package this year was 23 L p.a. with an average of 4 L p.a. I'm thinking of placements after my degree. This year companies visited were HCL, Cognizant, Wipro, Walmart, Microsoft, TCS. Highest package was 23 LPA, average package was 5 LPA, 85-90% students got placed.
Admission was through JOSSA counseling after JEE Mains. At least 92 percentile is required to get into the Computer Science Department of the college. I have taken admission in General Category. The admission process was smooth and I faced no difficulties in it.
Hope this helps.
All the best.
which is better sant longowal or IIIT Guwahati
When you have to compare two colleges and have to arrive at a conclusion then you have to choose some of the parameters. This parameters can be a distinct number of events but to conclude this answer I am choosing some of the most important parameters like:
See comparing both the colleges on the basis of infrastructure is just useless to compare because both of them are infrastructurally good. The curriculum in IIIT Guwahati is better compared to that of SLIET Longowal. The faculty members in the field of CSE is quite good in IIIT Guwahati. Some of them are in the advanced fields such as Cloud Computing, IoT, AI etc. The placements in IIIT Guwahati is much better than that of IIIT Guwahati. Top recruiters are Intel, Ebay, Amazon, Dell, GE, Texas Instruments, Schneider Electric, DE Shaw & Co, Hitachi, HP, PayPal, Tata Motors, L&T, Dr. Reddy’s, Bosch, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, Qualcomm, Ashok Leyland, Honda, Ford, Global Analytics, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro and Infosys.

does sliet punjab and nit srinagar both provide boys hostel for msc chem student, which institute have better hostel and sports facilities?
SLIET Longowal - Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology is a deemed to be university and is a government run university. It has NAAC B+ Accreditation and is approved by UGC and its NIRF ranking is 137th.
It offers 2 year M.Sc course and the fees is around 83,000.
NIT Srinagar - National Institute of Technology is one of the most prestigious college in India and is a government college.
It offers 2 year M.Sc Chemistry course and fees is 1.76 lakhs.
In terms of placement both has good placement record with 3.5-4 LPA package in M.Sc Chemistry.
Both have a very good infrastructure and their hostel have wifi, mess , cold drinking water and other facilitate. Ofcourse the weather of Srinagar is awesome that is an add on but considering the fees which is double of what SLIET charges, i would suggest you to go for SLIET as the facilities as well as placements are nearly same. But if you want a tag of NIT then you can go for it.
I hope this helps.
