As per my knowledge, IIIT-Kota is much better than IIIT-Guwahati in placements, infrastructure, faculty, hostel and other such criterias.

IIIT-K is a AAA+ rated college which means good. It has also got an overall rating of 3.8out of 5. Whereas IIIT-G has only got 3.2 out of 5.

IIIT-K have better placements, more experienced faculties, a better and active college life if compared to IIIT-G.

So in my views you shoud opt for IIIT-K as it is far better then IIIT-G. Rest is totally up to you.
