Placements : The most important part of the college life :P, placements are okay for non-CS branches, CS branches placements are really good with companies like Samsung, VMWare, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Intuit, Redbus visiting them. If youre taking CS/IS, youll be happy with the placements as long as you dont mess up your studies. From what i hear the placements only are getting better for the CS/IS branches.
