Both the courses that you mentioned above are wider in scope and in terms of career opportunities.

BAMS is a graduate course in Ayurvedic medicine and surgery, which is five and a half years course whereas B. Pharm is concerned with manufacturing, despensing and sale of medicine against the prescription of qualified doctor.

Both the courses are the promising ones, but from industry perspective, opportunities are more for pharmacy. But at the end it is totally on you to decide and choose the course as per your interest.
