If we picturise this comparison of both the colleges so, college of engineering , Pune is quite better than Pune institute of computer technology for computer science and engineering branch as seats for CSE branch in COEP are less than PICT because they take only bright students.

Both colleges are nice in their own way.
Both colleges have good infrastructure plus campus life
Both colleges have nice placement scenario.
It only depends upon you that how much you work hard there.
At last it only matters only.
No matter how much the good college is but if you don't study college will not going to help you.
So both PICT and COEP are good in their own way.
Good placements,good faculties,good campus life.
