according to the NIRF rankings, the top college in India is IIT MADRAS.

and other top colleges include-

IIT Delhi
IIT Bombay
IIT Kanpur

if you are willing to take admission in any of the above mentioned college, you have to work very hard to get admission in these colleges as competetion level is very high these days.
