While the fees of government medical colleges is really very less it can go from hundred's to thousand's and not more than that while the fees of private medical colleges is in lacs or more while seats in private medical colleges which are government seats are not that expensive that as they really are when under private seats .

It is Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. The MBBS fee structure for 2019-20 was fixed at Rs. 2610, annually. This doesn't include other fees components like Hostels and maintenance. There might be miscellaneous charges but the annual tution fees is Rs. 2610, the lowest across all Medical Colleges in India.
