One can never consider any services above or less or classify any service best. All the services have their own significance and play a major role. Where IAS allows you to stay in the country and work for the nation and for the people or cities which require an innovative mind to help them develop, on the other hand, IFS enables you to travel all the world, meet different people and work towards the betterment of your country. Both IAS and IFS has their own charm. It mostly depends on the individual what he/she expects from himself and want in his life.
