             Why are you going for Management program ie. MBA after BAMS. You need not to go in management program as it comes under different category. Just do you practice under good doctor with BAMS degree.. Donot go for MBA.

MBA is a professions where performance matters a lot. Careers are superb for those who has a knack for management and can use there knowledge and skills for solving business problems. But, for those who find it difficult to conceptualize complex business scenario, life could be very tough in this profession.

Hospital/Healthcare management is no different. Only that you have to use your management expertise in healthcare sector. Being a BAMS, you may have an edge, as you are already exposed to some of the healthcare function and hence, it would be easier for you to relate management principles to issues in patient care. Having said that, ability to successfully manage organizations will still be a defining factor in whether you make a good career or not.
