These are best NITs for pursuing chemical engineering :

NIT Trichy
NIT Calicut
NIT Warangal
MNIT Allahabad
NIT Surathkal

And Computer Science and Technology and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering is the are best branches in IIEST Shibpur with around 80% placement every year in top companies.
