Hello student cut off vary every vary every vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination. Onwards this year admission in AIIMS is through NEET entrance examination for MBBS course so it's difficult to predict exact cut off but as AIIMS Delhi is aspirants first choice you need to be in top 100-200ranks as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.
