In my opinion, it would be better if you prioritise your MBBS professional exams before you prioritise the PG exam for MD course. Because if you are unable to perform well in your professional exams, what is the use even if you do well in your PG exam. But if you are thoroughly done with your professional exam syllabus then you may prioritise your PG exam.
